Possible level/story jumps....really?

It would have to happen one day anyways. There would be so many MS quests that no one would be able to keep their sanity while going trough them, especially when half of them are filler fetch quests. So I support this no matter how bad it will get for us.. we need to expand.

I am not for this but if the missions were streamlined a bit that would be nice. For instance: Go kill x number of that and get back, go get tea leaves for this person so they can have tea and tell you what to do, run over there and inspect that thing then run to the tower over there then come back to me.

I can't say I would be sad to see some of this go by the way side. Jump potions would be horrible but streamlining the story missions pre HW would be great.

With an endgame this bland, I was actually thankful for them giving us a fairly interesting and epic story (for a MMO).
If players were to skip that story they would lose interest in the game even faster than now.

If they wanna buy their level fine their loss after all, but we should not be forced to play with people that do not know their job because of laziness :/ You can have difficulties to play your role but as long as you try, i'm ok and willing to help but buying a 60, sorry but that is just willing for instant gratification.

There is already way too many lazy people that level others jobs and doesn't know/want to learn the basic rotations (in DPS case) in my opinion. That will just make me even more mad when people will "it's a game let me play the way i want to". Yeah fine and I want to down that dungeon/boss i have to do with you T_T

Which is why, if they added such a thing, we should be abble to identify who bought what.

Agreed, and should be able to votekick or separate those people from the ones that leveled their jobs from 1 to 60.

No just no!
Don't let them buy levels or skip the story. Simply increase the exp rewards from the story. Make it that they can reach lvl 50 in 1.5 weeks. Increase exp alittle for HW story so they reach 60 in 1.5 weeks. So total 3 weeks till they reach the new expantion.

Waaay better than skipping and buying levels.
Then they level normaly with everyone elese in the new expantion.
