Hate may be a strong word. I personally take what I like and work with it and what I do not like I ignore. I am as casual player as players get but I do pay my hard earned RL money for some relaxation and appreciate good content. If people do not voice their opinions then what good is to pay money to play? They should just make it a free for all and add or take off whatever they want since no one will care. If you pay for something you are a paying customer and as such you should be able to voice your opinions.

Not sure what OP is saying. I have went into these disappointed threads and people have given reasons for why they are disappointed and what they believe could have been implemented into it. Sure there are some that don't give good reasons but you can say that for the other side when people say its good but can't give a reason for it.

Also if it wasn't for these threads then we wouldn't have had changes to Palace of the Dead. This is some top tier white knighting and it gives me good laughs to read. If you don't like negative feedback then leave the Forum.

Maybe you will like Reddit better? Full of pictures of people's characters :P

Honestly? We got changes to palace of the dead because people were abusing an aspect of it to ruin the feature for other players. If anything we have the JP forums to thank for the changes we got. /shrug

I hate to take this discussion super literally but isn't the point of the "general discussion" tab/heading to do and discuss whatever we want? I mean I generally just gaze over the random assortment of headings anyway. Otherwise there are places to discuss specific feedback and headings for things? I mean I am not trying to argue but isn't the general discussion heading exactly what it is, a place to voice the most general annoyances? I think that if people have issues with specific dungeons, crafting, gathering, class specific issues there are great places to post on those particular issues.

The whole point of this forum is for the player to come and discuss the good parts and bad parts with themselves and with the developers who made this game. I get it, that as a fan you want to see the good parts, but we need to know the bad parts aswell. The only reason why people are comming here and spending their time to write their complains is, because they like this game alot, otherwise they would just uninstall and move on.

Remember the last time you disliked a game? Did you go to the forums and talk about the bad stuff or did you uninstall and move on? Personaly, whenever I play a mmorpg, if its bad and I dont care about it, then I will quit and move on. The players that come here and announce that they are quiting are doing it so SE notices them. Afcourse, there are players who make a ragequit thread, but the true message is still there. These players care about this game and they want SE to know why they left.

Still I do wonder if the forums are oke as it is, the NA/EU/AUS community has been complaining about ATMA and the RNGhell for a long time and they still brought it back with the Anima questline and the Yo Kai events, it makes one wonder if the developers are listening to our voices aswell and not only the Japanese community.

If enough of the regular posters and forum readers did that it would work pretty well. The same goes for troll posts. It also helps that we report threads that are redundant or have an ambiguous title. Both of those are against the publicly listed forum rules.

Most of these people also play the card "MUH MY OPINION" in discussions like their opinions are perfect and should be protected and not criticized. I'm not surprised.
Well, like it your not, feedback should and always will be here. If you don't want to see that and can't deal with it on the OFFICIAL FORUM of the game, then you are the one that should leave.

im sorry , but im dissapointed or this sux coz i dont like it isnt viable feedback XD because theres enough people on the other side who like it :P
