When one excuse is rendered irrelevant, two more seem to show up in its place. I'm in no way asking or expecting SE to deliver ridiculous things. But a high res texture pack, better servers, content that isn't DOA; these are not impossible requests. Also, just because one company is worse doesn't somehow make this game better or excuse them from listening to players. And SE will never change as long as they are blindly defended, they'll only double down.

Noone or atleast I'm not defending them to be defending them. Lets unpack your reply, On the DOA arrive thing.. that's abit hard. They can't read our minds and lets be real here, everyone is fighting on what is good and or bad and everyone has an opinion. the best thing to do is make the content and take the feedback and patch and improve. A Better servers I already addressed in my comment. They are trying.. but they CAN'T. It's not a money issue, they literally can't get them like most can't get PS5s right now. They even said if it was just a money issue they were willing to over pay. OVERPAY. I stress that because I was shocked by that. But because of Tom Clancey's the Division the parts and chips and things just aren't there. Can they improve on things.. OFCOURSE. But at least with the things you just named there are answers. It's just the answers that are here you don't want to hear. And I get it, but I'm just saying...

and on me mentioning it could be worse? I wasn't doing that to say stop speaking your mind. I was just trying to cast a bigger view then just saying " They forgot about us" No they didn't... if you wanna say that then let me point you to a company that actually HAS forgotten about it's playerbase. A high res texture pack is something I think they could do tho. I would enjoy that tenfold.

First of all, criticism and hate are two entire seperate entities on their own.

Hate is the excessive use of aggression to illustrate ones point in an attempt to convey an opinion by a lack of emotional maturity.

Criticism is disassembling critical components in different categories to understand where one aspect falls short in comparison to another, for instance.

An example:

"Dungeon B is lacking in variety by mobs and mechanics. It's also poor in level-design as well as featuring a bad soundtrack. The final boss involves no movement or effort whatsoever."

Example for hate:

"Dungeon B sucks, I hate the developers because they have no idea what they're doing. Delete this dungeon it's an embarassement to the game overall."

Then there's the component of lack in faith by the playerbase. You cannot realistically create content for every player there is, so you have to maximize one aspect more prevalent than the other. That entails making decisions that profit SE, from a business standpoint it makes absolute sense some content is tailored to a specific group, but it can undermine the creative proccess of a breakthrough in terms of gameplay innovations which could translate well for many. Taking risks can often backfire, but there is value in making such decisions from time to time.

My personal opinion is, if you have reached adulthood and you fail to professionally convey your opinions, you should stop using the internet for your own good. This type of behaviour translates and bleeds into anything these people do. This goes for both sides unable to make level-headed decisions before saying anything. A developer is unable to work with incoherent feedback, so take that into consideration.
