Additional penalties for mentors insta-leaving dungeons?

Being a Mentor is all BUT easy. I am sooo sad to hear you all say what you say and see how you act facing some people that it makes me Wonder what kind of human beings you are.

I could be a mentor but I dont want to, not the time or energy to devote to it, but when I am in a group where I am in a position to clearly direct I do it, I never tell people not to do something without telling them the reason of why not to do it. Reasons for not doing or doing something hav ea great more impact on people then order them without explanations and unfortunately I see too often Mentors giving orders without explain the reasoning behind it....

Might want to requestion yourselves before pointing the fault automatically towards Mentees, is not always their fault..and learn to listen too..this is not one way just because you have a crown doesnt make you omnipotent.

I am also firmly believing that Mentor roulette should have the *kick option* desactivated*...as too many Mentors kick players for just asking a question that they dont like...yeah it exists and too often alas
