    Break
    Comet
    Demi/Gravity
    Doomsday
    Meltdown
    Quake
    Rasp/Osmose(only useful for pvp)
    Scourge
    Stop
    Tornado
    Water
    X-Zone
While randomly throwing out random spells sounds neat, you didn't put much thought into this list:
    • While Break gets used by enemy THM/BLM, it doesn't fit FF14's BLM and no class has access to a petrify.
    • We basically have Comet as the caster LB2.
    • AST already have Gravity.
    • Ozma uses Doomsday and it's basically a super LB3 Meteor. I shouldn't have to explain further.
    • Meltdown's previous versions being a super-powered Fire AoE, one that usually sacrifices you and sometimes hits your allies, doesn't fit an MMO.
    • Quake is an Earth-aspected ability, which is more fit for FF14's WHM than BLM which focuses on Fire/Ice/Lightning.
    • Rasp is another Earth-aspected ability (refer to Quake) and Osmose sounds neat as a PVP action. Too bad BLM has zero MP issues making it worthless.
    • Scourge as a name is already used by DRK. effect-wise it sounds plausible as a debuff ability.
    • Stop would better suit an AST due to the theme of exploiting time.
    • Tornado is a Wind-aspected spell and is better suited for WHM. Also the ability in older games is quite OP (reduces target('s) to single digit HP or something similar).
    • WHM basically has water with Fluid Aura.
    • X-Zone, or rather Warp which causes X-Zone, doesn't fit BLM at all and is OP.

Honestly your list just looks like someone trying to put every super-powerful spell from the Final Fantasy franchise with little regard of balancing or consistency into a single class. I would've rated 0/10 but Osmose and Scourge sound like neat ideas if changed to better fit FF14's BLM. So you get a 2/10. Also having all these OP abilities would just make them feel not impressive if everybody was using them. Also the fact that you don't care about balance until you use the spell speaks greatly about how little you thought this through.
