So, in short terms, while you are busy trying to learn a fight and are probably underperforming like no one else in your group early on, other players have to "deal with it" and carry you through the fight so you might, someday, be good?

I'm not arguing about what you feel regarding BLM's approach to punish/reward the player (even if I think that completly changing the job to make it the opposite of what it was before was a bad idea, I respect your taste to like that change), but I want to show you the other side of the coin in order to keep in mind that this means it doesn't only affects you. And with some BLM who are slow to learn, this can be really frustrating for the whole group. Speaking out of a bit of experience in the matter...
