I know you're joking, but is there actually a perceived 'best' NA datacenter for PvP? Most discussions seem even between Aether/Primal, they're just different (different top GCs, habits, etc).

The only thing I was aware of about superior PvP centers is that JP > NA/EU.

Not really perceived as such in this forum but over on reddit yes Aether is perceived to be the more competitive, serious, and active NA data center, even though the rankings in feast are not reflecting this atm. And yeah JP data centers are also perceived to be superior to the NA data centers with Mana being heralded as the best PVP data center period. Really wish they would merge Primal and Aether data center for PVP purposes to make them more on par with Mana, while at the same time making PVP more active in the NA scene, but given that SE has never seemed to consider the idea it must be too difficult or stressful server wise to implement for them in a technical sense. Anyway the whole Primal/Aether thing is just forum conjecture though and I wouldn't place too much significance into it myself.

This is because a large sample of the better PVPers do not participate in Solo Queue, since it is absolute cancer. Very few RUM members ever stepped foot in there, same with RareX. Also, top 10 Aether Solo Q ladder is littered with a small handful of win boosters, which I know turned off even more people from participating.

Out of curiosity, how is win boosting done in a game-mode where the teams are random and party queuing is impossible? (I'm asking honestly)

Are you sure the top 10 has boosters? Pretty sure they all played a lot and won more than the rest.
