Do healer need to help doing dps? Especially cleric stance?

there's really nothing worse than a healer unconfident of stance dancing and mess up, causing a wipe.

I'd rather have a healer who tries and fails, learning something in the process, than one who never even attempts to be better than they currently are. There's nothing worse than a player unwilling to improve.
