Don't get me wrong but people that do that are jerks :-)
When someone would ask me to join a party i would say yes as i see that as someone asking for help :-)
Exactly.. Why should i buy a game to then follow around the "leader" to wherever he thinks we all should go.My personal experience has conditioned me to believe that such solicitations usually end with me being left "holding the bag" with a half-completed quest while the others involved quietly whisper, "F*** you, got mine" and quickly extradite themselves from the situation, so you'll forgive me if I want to spend my remaining 10 minutes doing my own thing.
F that i won't be told by anyone what and where i will go.
I don't do that with my members either and i run a gaming community with over 300 members. (Not FF)
If i have to tell all them to get on our servers instead of going where they want to go then i might as well be an dictator lol :P
So yeah MMO's are made for all people.
Solo party duo no matter what.
Thats why it's called MULTI player.
Oh i like to be social on the game. But i won't be the 1 following a leader around. If you want solo then you should probably just wait until jobs come out. You have to understand the dev team has to take in information and then make content for it, when the forums first opened up some of the main concerns were the game was too solo centric and there was almost no reason to party, they shifted this in the opposite direction, and I think somewhere around jobs it will be balanced. I don't personally get why people in an mmo solo, even I have barely time, a real life, and a real work to do for college, there still going to be someone on to party with and if not you just craft, and if not that, then I don't log on. I just couldn't imagine an mmo without social relationships, but that's just me didn't play much of the new mmos.
I do what i want when i want it lol.
Actually the term "multi" usually refers to multiple players (2 or more), in stead of different kinds of players.
Buy a regular singleplayer game that has a game mode for more than one player as well, go to main menu, there you should see options for a singleplayer mode and a multiplayer mode, in which case the multiplayer mode nearly always means a game mode for more than one player.
Also you should try to learn to use the MULTI quote function, as it's weird to see one guy posting 5 replies in a row.
i was always wondering to do that but i don't use these forums too often lol.Actually the term "multi" usually refers to multiple players (2 or more), in stead of different kinds of players.

Maintaining a forum takes a lot of work ^^
No? So what? I'm forced to play with the likes of you all the time?Actually the term "multi" usually refers to multiple players (2 or more), in stead of different kinds of players.

In all honesty if you want to solo go play a RPG not a MMORPG lol thats like going on vent but to not talk boring
Gunnar Hellfire..It is pointless to question who someone really is..The Crimson Circle
I want to solo in a massively multipla.... wait...
Oh please do point me to the part where I said that MMOs shouldn't have the option to solo like some players here have, I bet you have hard time finding that sentence now dontcha?
I'm one of the players not liking the higher difficulty of soloing post 1.19 and I'm not happy with the idea that players are forced to party, I was just merely pointing out that usually the term multi, means multiple players, I bet even you know that.
But don't worry, I'm going to be avoiding your kind as well.
