one fc on my server is known for early pulling is it like that on other servers?

iirc something like this got investigated on my server a long time ago because it could be considered "3.2 Disruption. You may not in any way disrupt or interfere with the Game experience of other players, including the disruption of Square Enix's computers and servers."

Pulling early with the only intention to screw others over and laugh at it can in a way be seen as disrupting the gaming experience for others since it doesn't give them the ghost of a chance to try and enjoy the feature of the game.

but this is just something I vaguely heard off, no idea whatso ever if it's true or not.
