Now your trying to claim reporting the people who do it is breaking the ToS...your wrong. Reporting someone who is flipping houses (it is against to ToS to flip houses no matter how much you try to mislead others about it) is not harassment anymore so than reporting RMT. What's you next course of action? Trying to convince everyone buying gil is not against the ToS provided do not buy more than x amount of gil from RMT and that anyone who reports you for buying gil is breaking the ToS?

Why would I sell my house when I can't sell it for the large sum that I feel it's worth? They've already stated that's against the rules.
