Please get rid of surplus SP

Several people I started playing the game with have quit the game. One of the biggest causes for them leaving was the surplus system. Please turn it off.

So what is the difference in calling it surplus XP or Bonus XP as Blizzard did, it is the EXACT same system that WOW uses. Let me guess tho because Blizzard called it bonus it is good because SE called it surplus its crap?
