If you complain about sleep on shatter I really think I was in such unlucky parties till now x)
In all the content with a lot of player you usually get your Bind/sleep broken by random players even if you put a chainmark on them,
also you have access to purify, your healer can dispel and BRDs can dispel and protect too.

Also you will gain invulnerability too, honestly I dont' see any issue and actually I'm mostly playing BRD.
