Black Mages' sleeps should be nerfed

I know they already nerfed the durations but it's still annoying. How about making it a single target and/or increase their cool down times?

Having a whole party put to sleep in the Field of Glory left and right is annoying. You need people to attack the crystals in this mode and sleep abilities are too effective.

so....disable sleep from pvp completely? or just on blm? should we just disable any aoes cause im sure that many people standing at the crystal could probably get smelted by a couple bursting smn bane-ing then pain/death all of the things, Holy too that can aoe stun thats a bad ability for clustering groups of enemies as well imo.

Maybe counter it by not letting the BLM freecast and not packing your team up like a can of sardines? Just a thought...

Just because this mode seems more like pve don't be fooled, I see it everyday people zone in on crystals, especially healers, while their team mates get targeted and killed right next to them. All it takes is for one of the GC's to realize that killing ppl while they play Stone, Sky, Sea is a valid strat and you're toast.

On Chaos that GC is Flames and they have a 70-80% winrate playing for kills while Adders and Mael play pve and lose...

You still get immune against it and the duration is very short. It doesnt make a big difference.

I'm sorry I assumed people are smart enough to not pack so tightly and make putting sleep/bane on them so damn easy. Sleep may be AoE but the range is small, so if a party is loosely spread its not like my 2 chances at insta-cast sleep are gonna put the whole party to sleep like OP said, I'd have to hardcast more than a few of them.

My point remains the same, if you play the mode purely like pve and expect everyone to just ignore pvp and focus on the crystals you are asking for trouble.

I put a whole party of adders to sleep once, all 8 of them. Is sleep OP or are they dumb because they saw a BLM coming and chose to hug each other till the bitter end? You decide...
