What makes these groups entitled? Making their own parties with their own specific requirements? At least there is a new system now to help players who haven't cleared said content and not get left behind by the entitled farm groups. Really dont want another Sephi ex where i struggled to get a group because people kept joining thinking its a farm group when i label PRACTICE....
Anyways its up to them if they wanna farm it and burn through content which needs to last another 3-4 months.
PF yesterday. lel.
After years of playing MMOs or even MOBAs I have learned that this kind of people are just bad, delusional players that think they are godly. Some of them are good indeed, but very rarely great. I just ignore them completely if possible.

And what if the leader was bad, do they make fun of them and kick them? Nope Lucky its not as bad as that on our server but we still have the 1 fail = kick types...soon as you tell them they failed you get booted out to..its just a raid why are people this horrible? And why are people this desperate to clear a raid?
What is the big rush to clear and farm a raid asap?

Exactly the kind of people no endgame FC would want >_> Those with no patience and adaptability.
FFXIV Since Sep. 2010: Selbina/Ridill/Excalibur (Mergers)
Currently moved to Leviathan
I remember the Alpha days when even breathing lagged you

The reason for that is that it stops the farm party becoming a clear party. The idea of a farm party is to fit as many clears into a space of time as possible, if you wipe a few times you suddenly cut your farmed rewards by a fairly large margin, which is counterproductive to the farm. I get what you are saying, some people are assholes (^), but it's YOU that is entitled by looking down on people who are doing their own thing and is something you don't have to participate in at all. Bottom line is that so long as you have the ability to make your own group, insulting others for making the kind of groups that they want makes you entitled to the system.
Edit: you will also find that people are flexible depending on the mistake, if it's just a careless mistake (which high and low level players alike make) then nobody cares, but it's when you clearly don't know what you are doing then yes, farm parties won't appreciate it.

How does wiping cut down on farm? You gain the same thing regardless of dying so wouldn't it make sense to keep going after a wipe then suddenly rage quit and reform a group which then takes even longer...
How am i entitled? I never join farm groups if i dont clear and i label my groups clearly with practice or clear. Yet people who expect a farm group still join and still throw abuse around in chat if anyone makes a mistake, Sad part if i cant kick them inside the duty...

This I agree with you on, joining any party with your own agenda, ignoring the party leaders agenda is a selfish thing to do on either side. My point about wiping is that there is a difference between one mistake that doesn't give a clear picture of player skill (say I mess up in the first run, apologise and say that it won't happen again), and repeat wipes that just waste everyone's time. This isn't even about ability though, it's about laziness, I have to label my levi pony farm parties as "please do mechanics" because of the amount of times I have disbanded due to 0 clears in a farm party, people either zerg or think they can ignore the fundamental mechanics. People may think I'm "entitled" for demanding that people do mechanics, but all I want is clean runs so that I can make the best use of my time.
Basically, if your agenda does not meet the party leaders agenda, do not join, make one with your agenda.

If the same person constantly messed up then yes i agree they need to be asked to leave, my gripe is we are human we all make mistakes so only letting people have 1 mistake seems daft. But hey seems gone are the Sephi days on my server people seem a bit more relaxed with this fight not seen any harsh PF and people say they clear it so hopefully its not as brutal.
Maybe im just still bitter from the Sephi raid, People seem to think Healers are easy and have no feelings.

Honestly, I think 90% of the time it is a scare tactic. They won't actually boot you if you make one little mistake, but saying so means that anyone who is even a little unsure of the fight will be deterred from the party, meaning they only get confident people who will make the run go smoothly.
