Great Patch!

I may be new to the game seeing as I started about a month ago, but combat seems to have taken a turn for the worse...i've only had experience with the previous patch, but i prefered combat before this one. It seems like a bad idea to me to focus gameplay so heavily on groups when the game is pretty much socialy dead.

I try talking to everyone, drop buffs and heals on random people while running around and spam /wave etc.
Most of the time it's just the cold shoulder. Unfortunate.
