    Mining Levees under the new system

    I am trying to level my mining so I can farm cobalt since everything under the sun uses it. I decided i'm going to use my levee tickets for a while on mining. I go to the adventure guild in Ul'dah and it only has 2 levees available. I thought under the new system I could get 8 at a time. Do I have to do those 2 (which at 20 is camp horizon) come back to town and get 2 more and run back to camp horizon AGAIN? Am I missing anything or is that just the way it is. I'd like to get 8 mining levees before I left town.
