    What about a Single/Group play game where:

    Single Player, you run a parkor/obstacle course while NPCs try to shoot you off/manipulate the arena so you fall, etc.
    OR: you try to do the above to an NPC runner.

    Group: One person is the runner and the other people try to shoot them off/manipulate blocks, etc.

    Maybe Skeeball? Mini golf? Maybe a Dance Dance Revolution type thing where it plays music and you have to press keys according to what the screen says to move your character?
