That's a bit of a stretch mainly due to you always winning something back, even if you get less than what you paid for (the only time you get nada is if you forget to claim your winnings). If you could place a bet and risk losing it all, that'd be more like gambling there.

It's not a stretch at all, especially in the case of mini cacpot. It's a very forgiving form of gambling, but by definition you are staking currency to get higher currency rewards via chance.

Except there is and they took out the majority of the casino elements originally intended just so China could have it. They may not have jumbo cactpot but they have everything else.

ETA Australia has limitations on digital gambling too so if they ever make the GS more casino-y, then they will risk cutting off Aussies.

(and seeing as no gold saucer anyway) could easily add in some simple card games. Its virtual currency used for glamour, not staking real cash. Unless they are worried some people may get too good at it and actually have fun and earn the rewards faster?

The biggest reason most other countries limit or censor gambling is because they realize that gambling addiction is a real thing.

The panda is exclusive to the Chinese version. It was originally given out to the Chinese players because the Golden Saucer was not being released on the Chinese servers.
