I don't think you fully know what goes into making the minions. Making one of an almost never changing NPC? Easy enough. Making one of an ever changing PC? That's take too much time for something a huge amount of the community wouldn't bother using.

I disagree with what it takes to make a minion as If a person would pay to have their minion changed for 5 us dollars on the mog station. It would be like a person is changing their character with a fantasia that will cost 10 us dollars see if SE would benefit from it. So the layout in other words would be for a large community to have their specialized minion it would be after a certain number of days have been subscribed by the user and this would resolve the issue with large demand

Also again this would benefit SE with the user paying to have their minion changed in appearence after he/she has already used a fantasia that cost $10 and to have their minion changed would be $5 in total would be $15 for a set per person and individual character so a person with many characters in other worlds would have to pay to get their extra minions added to their worlds for their other characters.
