Moving Normally(or even faster) while under the effects of heavy

Did you completely miss the 3 second stun that occurred at 3:00 - 3:03 that had ZERO effect on him? I mean FFS his screen even said +STUN and didn't say -STUN until 3 seconds later and he kept moving.
