Moving Normally(or even faster) while under the effects of heavy

So I noticed that a certain player in Primal Servers has been Moving really oddly.

A friend had a match with them last night and I had a few matches with them the night before and we both noticed that they cant be CCed at all.
Heavy/stuns/bind they don't seem to work. Not only that while under Heavy they Move at very fast speeds.

I'm not going to Point out name since I don't want this to turn into a witch-hunt.
Is there anything I can do? A few of us have resorted to needing to make characters on their server to watch for when they are online.
Myself as a healer i'm too afraid to Que since there is a chance i'll get matched up against them.

Report them, I mean if it is that obvious then they'll get banned(hopefully)

Yeah >.> can't have cheaters taking the fun out of our game. Why do people have to be so dirty...Try to see if you can record a match with them and have them focus targeted (If you don't usually do that in Feast)

I think recording the match might be the way to go. Even if it means not playing your best, at least you'll have CLEAR evidence that they are cheating. Naming and shaming on the forums is strictly forbidden (and will result in your forum account being suspended or banned), but I think a video would suffice as evidence for SE to take action. Maybe to be on the safe side, you can have it as a private video and provide SE with the link.

Cheaters take the fun out of the game for everyone, whether you are on their team or not. Even worse -- they take up one of the few prestigious top spots (if they are top 10), and it's really not fair to people who work hard to abide by the mechanics SE has put in place.

I have my fingers crossed that SE is observing people who have been reported for cheating or outright abuse (intentionally throwing games). If they are, then it's only a matter of time before there are blanket bans for all these people. People who are banned for PvP cheating/abuse should also have their rankings stripped, freeing up spots for legitimate players.

I have not personally played with them yet (that i can recall). I am aware of their win rate however. This should be an immediate red flag that they're cheating.

This is a very very bad idea to discuss this on the official forum even if you don't write his name outright. Just mentioning that he is in the top ten is enough to narrow down who it is and will result in you getting banned from posting here for two weeks like I had been. He's been doing it for a while and will continue to do it and there is nothing you or anyone else can do to stop it so better to just let it go. Or at the very least bring it up somewhere else like reddit not here.

just because a person has a high win rate doesnt mean they are hacking

i watched a couple videos from the accused person "hacking" on primal and I see nothing.

Oh wow, you watched a couple videos, what a valid point. I'm not playing on Primal and haven't encountered any hackers yet (which is no surprise considering I have only like 35 games played), but someone in the top 10 with an 80%+ winrate is definitely fishy. Add to that the fact that they don't even have that many games played and I've still seen the name mentioned quite a few times.. well, that's even more fishy.
