現状ダメージを与えるスキルのほとんどがGCDによって管理されておりメリハリがなく、
個別に管理しスキルに個性を持たせていただきたいという事です。
硬直時間という例も全て一律の硬直時間というわけではなく、大ダメージ技はそれに見合ったCDもしくは硬直があると面白いと思います
