Immersion and RP

Your idea isn't something outlandish other than the fact that you're requesting niche content for what is, let's face it, the minority of players. Major problem comes in when you add rewards to it. Any mode, regardless of what its intentions are becomes virtually obligatory once rewards are added. Especially if those rewards are something exclusive like glamour.

Separate from that, honestly resources for your suggestion are better suited elsewhere in the game. If they were to put in a special dungeon just so people could "RP" in it in lieu of actually creating functional content for the majority of players, you'd have a lot of unhappy subscribers. Especially when the game is not driven towards that particular crowd. Remember that in game you as a player are creating a sub-genre of "RP-ing." Insisting that the producers of the game cater to your specific desires for niche content is relatively selfish. If there were separation in servers as there are in other games such as PvP, PvE, and RP, then I would be more inclined to say it's something worth the dedication of assets. Unfortunately that isn't the case.
