    How about Cloth Physicks?

What do you guys think about Cloth Physics.
    Since i am not sure,
would there be any technical problem implementing it?

As far as i know, if it was possible to improve dx9 > dx11, there shoudnt be too much problem with Cloth.

Until there is, if you feel like using hard language, do it, i would really like to know how much time/effort would it costs to add such a thing to 4.0 or 4.X.

I don't think the limitation is so much about dev resources as that your computer would have a melt down trying to calculate physics on 50 on screen characters when you walked into idylshire.

There are limited physics in game already. Certain pieces will move in the wind and such. But its very small-scale probably due to the hardware requirements of calculating physics on so many on-screen characters AND NPCs.

I like the more limited range we have since most other games I've seen and played can never get cloth physics quite right. They try for realistic physics and wind up with a nightmarish amount of clipping and/or with clothing that moves too much instead of too little. FFXIV could probably stand to use a little more though since some longer items tend to look like they're drenched in industrial strength starch or made of rigid plastic and it looks awkward.

All I want is for hair to be able to interact with clothing, it seems like it'd be a lot less resource intensive than cloth physics and I can't wear half the chests in the game because my character's hair juts through it, despite being able to be affected by movement and wind just fine.

    I want better graphics!...

Anything that improves the game's visual quality is fine by me, I'm sure they could find the right way to do it, they could ask FFXV's team, that game looks much better!...

Sadly hair physics without clipping is REALLY HARD and takes a lot of system resources due to the interaction between hair and body (much less all the different clothing options). Then multiply that by characters on the screen. MMOs (much less ones roped to consoles) aren't designed to require ridiculously top-end systems to display more than a handful of characters at once. Which is one reason why FFXIV 1.0 burned.

I would love it if SE would add physics to some of the long/hanging type sleeves we have. I avoid glamour like the robe you are using because the pointy sleeves drive me crazy.
