Actually, locking the roulette bonus on the first dungeon you get from that roulette would certainly stop people being assholes in this very specific way (i.e. trying to cherry pick their roulette dungeon). Queue a roulette, get a dungeon, now you can either finish it or queue up for that same dungeon later to get the bonus. That system would 100% fix the issue of people leaving because they don't like what they got in roulette.
