Last I checked, the rating was not based upon the entire voyage, but instead, based upon the last leg or something, making it a rather useless piece of information ... Which is why I asked when caring about that rating became a thing. You can get excellent results with a poor rating, excellent results with a great rating, poor results with a poor rating, and poor results with an excellent rating. So why care about the rating?

They've made other changes to the airships to this point, why wouldn't they have potentially changed the way rating are calculated? I'm just trying to argue, it's just that other things have shifted so I don't believe that we can fully trust the old information that we had.

It's true that we can't trust the old data, but ratings are still final sector only. I've been checking - there has been no screenshot posted anywhere and no log from my own guild that contradicts that. Final ratings (the letter grades) are still based only on the last sector, and are always either the letter equivalent of the last sector's exp bonus, or one letter "higher." Abysmal in final sector always equals C or B. Outstanding in the final sector always means SS. And so on.
