At least 245 A8S bow will give Determination and Crits.
But the difference between Mechs and Bards is going to grow even larger with 240 Lore Weapon for raids. I feel like Square Enix just doesn't want to see bards anymore and wants us to play mechs.
This was the direct opposite during the 3.0-3.1 days when MCH had both their 210 options having SS (which scales extremely poorly), nor is skill speed a dead stat for BRD by any means (relatively stronger than DET assuming TP isn't an issue). BRD has so much more to gain from their secondary stats than MCH can ever hope to, especially crit and it's interaction with bloodletter.
