Technically, any time you flip the coin, the concept of it being roulette is accurate too since it's a game of chance. Other than it being one outcome or none at all, a roulette concept could be any number. For visual folks out there (like myself), just think of a circle, have a line divide it in two, then spin it like you would a roulette wheel. It's just more appealing to us to think of it having a lot of potential outcomes, like a traditional roulette (i.e. Russian Roulette) lol.
