Dissipate overpowered?

It's been a long time since I've used that ability. Biggest problem was MP, although that should be less of an issue now with current gear. It seems the ability is good for "I'd kill to get aetherflow for Indomitability or Lustrate" or "Energy Drain! Moar DPS!"

There are situations where Lustrate/Indom is the only way to keep the boat from sinking and you know you will need more stacks. A lot of people talk about predictive vs reactive. If I am sitting at 0 stacks, there are some situations where I know I am going to need them.

That said, I haven't touched that ability since the days of Fractal and Neverreap. I would rather they adjusted it or changed it. The idea someone floated earlier about making it like Enkindle instead sounds pretty cool.

I think it would go a long way if they made it so your next summon was either 0 MP or instant cast
