I dunno about you, but that doesn't look like a nerf to me.

Both of those skills were pretty useless to begin with. Now that MI doesn't nerf TP it might actually be worth using to increase your damage like it's supposed to do.

Now Maim is good for more spike damage in that 10 second window of defense down.

Now, if the buffs that these skills aren't good enough to balance the increased cooldown, then that would suck, but we don't know that yet.
