I feel very confused. I like very few glamours in this game outside of a bunch of level 1 stuff. Seasonal event glamours, starter gear, alternate starter gear and a few crafted items. If glamour was my end game, I'd be long done with this game.

The argument that I've heard for why it is the true endgame is 'because it lasts', but I honestly change my glamour more frequently than my ilvl.

How do I feel? Nothing. Its up to a person themselves to decide what endgame is to them.

If they want to consider guildhests as endgame all the power to them.

Guildhests were only the true endgame prior to Heavensward. Without adding new Guildhests in the expansions, Square really hurt the hardcore playerbase.

I've had friends quit due to the lack of new guildhests, they really did hurt some of the hardcore playerbase with that blunder sadly.

Though lots of glamour is Level 1, you can't actually glamour until level 50....

and there's no point if you're honestly going to wear level one gear into a dungeon. Don't do that.

Besides if you change often that just means you have tons of good ideas~

I mean, I am level 60, but I am glamouring gear that is level 1 using Grade 1 prisms. I don't mean that I am wearing level 1 items lol. I change often, but mostly cycle through, mix and match and recolour. Things like:

Miqo'te Loincloth
Hempen Camise
Gryphonskin Breastguard
Swimsuit from that summer event last year (forget name)
Bridesmaid's tights
Other various swimsuit pieces

A few non-level 1 items I have used

Acolyte Skirt
Coliseum Loincloth
Coliseum Shawl
Bogatyr (sp?) Thighboots

I think the argument about it lasting is that once you have the gear, it's yours to reuse however often you want, and while this is true, I rarely ever reuse old glamour sets personally. Once I find an image that works, that's usually my set for a long time.

And to be quite honest, for a game where a majority of people claim that glamour is the real endgame. I don't really care what peoples glamours are. Just as much as they don't care if I were to have a 245 Savage weapon. It goes both ways; and in the end, we all want to brag about the things we have.

Endgame is whatever you want it to be. There is no true endgame.

Everyone plays the game for a different reason and in that I feel that they will find their own definition of end game
