The statement is correct, Glamour> everything else

Same. I try to do my glamours even down to the weapon. Sometimes that leads me into doing other content so I can get the particular weapon I want. I was still running a lot of the EX primals even after I had ponies so I could get weapons I missed.I have spent more time running back and forth between the MB and my gear retainers, trying things on, dying stuff, accidentally buying the wrong prisms, and agonizing over which pair of stockings *really* matches that top, than I ever have in raid content (and I raided throughout ARR!). Sometimes it takes me hours to get a glamour right and my friends all laugh at me.
So yeah, when I hear that...I nod in agreement.

How do I feel when I hear "Glamour is the real End Game"? It makes me miss the 1.0/FFXI days when End Game was about gathering with your whole LS to take down Great Buffalo or do leves together. Really just being with your whole LS not having to say "sorry Bob party is full.. find your own static"
Oh, and this too. Have all of my "likes."I feel that even the glamour system is half-assed just like everything else in this game.
I'm not obsessed with Glamour at all and still don't understand why I have Undyed Velveteens ,Toad Leathers ,Silver Ingot ,Walnut Lumbers and lv 1 Prisms in my Inventory all the time.

Gear is temporary; glamour is forever.

Chuckle because its true, I wish there was a statistic to see how many glamour prisms each player has bought and how much its cost in total, I have a feeling mine will be...high.
But yeah, when all is said and done, if you are playing the game, might as well work to look snazzy.

It doesn't bother me one bit. The traditional organized group content gear up to run more organized group content treadmill is not something that appeals to me at all so the thought that there is something else as the be all and end all is positive.
