Healer Accuracy Issue

Meld accuracy, never worry about misses again. (For the foreseeable future )

Right now my accuracy is 354 without food. Meanwhile other jobs have 600+ accuracy. While melding accuracy is an option, I feel as though Mind is more important and melding accuracy to our gear will only bandaid the problem. Also, non-healer jobs have accuracy on their gear.
