Turns 100% of Skill Speed into Accuracy
Fixed.
That actually doesn't fix the problem, i'd rather take Critical Chance to buff my heals too. I also don't think Ast needs Acc for their damage abilities, could be wrong though.

Because it's healers who hit and miss because of this issue from my understanding and free time with cleric stance is the only time a healer should DPS at all, acc on wep won't affect us hitting the tank with our cures.
(without cleric, our dps is poo.)

They are pretty much the same but not the same. DoM can include BLM and SMN which have different acc rates than melee and as far as I know at the moment doesn't have any accuracy problems with their gears, that is one reason I didn't say DoM weapons.
The second reason is healers honestly do not need the accuracy beyond the times we're dps'ing and we should only dps under the condition of us having the free period to do so. Additionally, us not using cleric stance when we dps, a skill which only exists to raise our dps would be a waste. So it'd make more sense to add it onto cleric than a bunch of weapons, it'd also mean less work for SE to put it on a skill used by all healers rather than adjust the weapons for each healer.
