Nope, the new recipes will co-exist with the old recipes, however the issues with the raw > base mat recipes is that they're not "new", but rather "updated", as is listed in the post. You can still make them walnut masks from those walnut lumbers, but those logs are only gonna give you one, instead of 4 lumbers post 1.19.
I have to craft through all of my nuggets then before the update. Great. /eyeroll
