Crafters have no right to get their own Chocobos

He is referring to players that chose to only craft and gather. Most of the crafters you see on the street and guild have battle classes probably capped even.

Maybe they are, or maybe not. There is no way that people can prove that only 1% of pure crafters and gatherers in game, so please don't use that number unless you can provide proof to it.
