Storms Path is Mandatory in early progression (still wipe to a4s last mortal revolution a time i failed to applied it, did not check if we had other buffs beside deploy though)Except that Storm's Path wasn't necessary anywhere in this whole raid tier (except maybe A3 6er splash first week). The skill sounds really op on paper, but in reality it is merely nice to have and mostly forgone in favor of more dps.
The real issue lies in Storm's Eye and that could be fixed by giving Ninja a reason to use Dancing Edge in an optimal dps rotation (as Reynhart already said).
A3s Savage you will wipe in early prog w/o it.
T13 Megaflare stacking
a4s Mortal revolution.
few i can think
nope, that would be 108%
There is already a "QQ nerf war plz" thread though. And SE answered. They said "screw this, we're gonna up everyone else" (but forgot to up DRK. Damn).
this mentality is just moar QQ
Sure, let's have 3 garbage jobs that can't synergy with anything when we could up/tweak the other 2 to have better results for everyone. /sigh
A3S is not true obviously, since that was beaten the same week with PLD/DRK as the world first kill.Storms Path is Mandatory in early progression (still wipe to a4s last mortal revolution a time i failed to applied it, did not check if we had other buffs beside deploy though)

Your A4S example is also not true. Don't see a Storm's path here ...
Don't know why you are mentioning T13 as I only talked about the current raid tier. The whole of 2.x only had WAR+PLD to think about.

Freudian slip I guess.
Look at at video you Link @ 8:19 to 8:23 warrior animation from using Storms Path, u can't see it on buff cuz is not focus target.A3S is not true obviously, since that was beat the same week with PLD/DRK as the world first kill.

a3 might be survival w/ a lot of preparations, devine veil, deploy ect. but warrior is just better for early progression, even if you could survive w/o it, it leaves more room for error with warrior.

nope. You can clearly see that there is no storm's path
it has been added after mortal revolution though to ease the damage because early progression means barely enough ilevel.
I'm kind of on the same page with this. They've buffed PLD and that's great, but it's not enough to make either DRK or PLD competitive with WAR. It's enough that DRK/WAR is no longer the de facto best combination. PLD/WAR is also good. I just feel PLD/DRK should have its perks as well so that WAR isn't basically 100% guaranteed a slot in raids. I mean, they could give the slashing debuff to every tank but then Ninjas having it is redundant. They could take it away from all tanks but then you're forced to take a Ninja. I'm not really sure what else could be done. Dunno, I guess I just feel that after a certain point, buffing the other two tanks is going to get ridiculous when things could be more easily solved by tweaking down WAR. On some levels it feels kind of like SE doesn't really understand what makes WAR so desirable overall.Honestly (and I realize I'm going to get hate for this), WAR needs to be nerfed. Replace the 10% damage down with a 5% damage down, take away their slashing debuff (possibly just remove it from the game, since only WAR/DRK/PLD/NIN/SMR rely on it), and nerf their DPS to more reasonable levels, and the problem will be largely fixed.
