A Healer that DPSs speeds the group progress.
A Healer that doesn't DPS doesn't speed, neither slow downs the group progress.
A Healer that fails to heal and causes either a wipe or partial wipe slows down the group progress.
And a healer that has spare time to jump around while the rest of the party fights is just plain annoying lol.
