An open Letter to Square Enix

That is Steam.
Steam is not SE.
SE does nothing in this direction.
Sad but true.
Steam purchased their own license for their own plattform and SE gave them the responsibility for all on thwir own plattform.
The problem starts with the incorporating of a Steam version and a normal windows version an the same SE acount.
It's a shame for Steam that they held "their" costumers captive on their plattform.

So that means that the few announcements and the minimal moderation on forums is done by Steam support and not Square Enix?
That is really sad indeed!
