An open Letter to Square Enix

Greetings everyone,
This is not a wine thread nor a thread i want to discuss something that is In game related.
Is more of a request to Square Enix about the intergration of Final Fantasy and Steam.
I will try to keep this thread as short and construstive as possible.Your support tho if you are not a steam user is also welcome.
As you may know we are able to purhcase the game via steam and have a whole platform with the benefits coming from it to our hands.
Purchasing the game via steam does not ONLY allow us to have full benefits of the tools SE gives us to this website but also have usage of the benefits Steam gives us!

And i will explain:
1)FFXIV Steam Discussions!
This is pretty much the forum Steam offers for every single game that gamers can talk to interact with each other.At the very moment we have only 2 sub forums
a)General Discussion
b)Trading
General Discussion is flooded most of the time with questions and ideas about the game that if not solved by the community(Because people dont know everything)are left unaswered and also many many troll/spam threads.Especially the Trade forum is all about CD-Keys trading(At least this forum is moderated and threads are locked)but it will be really really nice if we could have
1)More active moderation on the Steam Forums.Community managers(Or whatever you call the Forum Moderators that can reply to threads)that will interact with people and try and help and ''SE-Tag'' important threads.Also having some sticky threads with know issues and forum guidelines will help a lot.
2)More Sub-Forums.
One that can easily come in mind is Techical Support for problems that may be related WITH STEAM.
I am not asking that people will completly forget this forums and for the love of god they should not.But having usage of the Steam forums is also a huge plus considering people use them for fast questions-answer or fast problems solving because of the way they are in the steam platform.

2)News
This is pretty straight forward.
Having more frequent updates on anything related with the game.
There are many News-Tabs that are not used and they can be really imported with many many news like the Clients updates News Tab!

3)Community Guides
Again here is something that Having a SE Tag on those guides will be really really nice.Every now and then there are many guides created on the steam about the game that players can see in game.If SE members come by and post on those guides and tag them and make them easier for the players visibility it is going to help a lot.
For example the guides about the Side Quests or about the Fates farming are a good start!

4)Steam Groups
And at long last steam groups!
There are many groups held by Players and one official(By default) for the game.Having again here SE presense is going to help a lot.

As you see i am not asking for a lot!I am just asking for some support and SE appearance in the Steam.As i explained before i am not looking to abandon this forums and players that using the Steam Platform should also come here but being also active on the Steam is something that is going to help the game.
Many people that are playing on steam think that the Steam forums are also official forums.
If you see the forums you will notice that many people(Myself included) trying to help people but as i said we dont know everything(Normal) and many people most of the times are ok i think you are right but i am awaiting and official response!

That is Steam.
Steam is not SE.
SE does nothing in this direction.
Sad but true.
Steam purchased their own license for their own plattform and SE gave them the responsibility for all on thwir own plattform.
The problem starts with the incorporating of a Steam version and a normal windows version an the same SE acount.
It's a shame for Steam that they held "their" costumers captive on their plattform.

So that means that the few announcements and the minimal moderation on forums is done by Steam support and not Square Enix?
That is really sad indeed!

To be honest if i would be SE i would avoid the steam/privat forums to ensure that more people would come to the official forum.
