You do not get to experience the convenience of having a faster and much more flexible battle chocobo issued by a Grand Company unless you rank up a battle class and join said company.

Which totallysupports the point people are making when they say SE have abandoned their long-trumpeted stance that DoH/L were just as important and 'viable' to play as DoW/M.

BTW, it's not a 'battle' chocobo, it's the fact that it can be summoned at will which is the important issue here, don't use the adjective 'battle' to try to support your argument for making DoH/L second-class classes.

Lets not let the topic degenerate back to what it was 24 hours ago by ignoring previous points made please. DoH get their materia, DoM/W get their premium chocobos. Both get basic chocobos.

They are Grand Company issued chocobos that have been confirmed to be used for battle content in the future. They are even confirmed to wear armor in the near future.

Honestly, I have repeated this argument quite clearly in my last 2-3 posts or so. Being that you have no direct response to that argument, but only express your disagreement, then I feel you either did not read enough of the posts made on this forum, or just plain don't get it.
