Jerks in PVP

All numbers in PVP can be skewed one way or another. Its especially easy to do it on whm but dps numbers can also become inflated with things like pocket heals, premades, kill steals, dot stacks etc. The stats at the end of the matches are pretty meaningless. You can use it as a basis to give your commendations if you want but unless you actually stalked the player and watched him all game you cant really tell how good he is just from the stats alone. There really isnt any barometer derived from those stats that will always define a great player be it dps or heal, thats just how worthless those stats ultimately are.

Just wondering why some people just have to be jerks in PVP. I'm talking about Seal Rock here. I understand that it's not fun to lose, but c'mon, if you're pugging the thing there's no reason to get all bent out of shape when your team isn't as coordinated as a premade.

And man, when I ask for some commendations, be nice enough to do a few clicks and give it to me? Someone the other day said "I will if you're good." Well wtf. How do I "prove" I'm good enough to get a commendation?

I just watched my cousin do a pvp and C group lost it for them, maelstrome was like 700 and flames which is my cousin was at 754+

He had A and they had S.

Told C to defend stay put but instead they ran over and fed them points making us lose points and them gain them even faster than guy says why didn't you attack.
B and A were defending half way across map and if they were running to that point flames would have won but nope instead feed them points.

That's the problem I see with pvp people who don't listen they clearly had victory in bag but nope someone has to not listen at all instead I watched the C group on his screen just spread all over the map dying lol

Then that dude shouts if we would of attacked as a group we would have won but 2 groups were all the way across map on the A. while they were being slaughtered spread out.

I don't see why my cousin even does these when nobody can work together as a unit, when I did pvp people just kept running for nodes that were at 10% left why even go for the scraps instead find a full one and defend it so I stopped doing pvp.

Yes, and I explained at length why I think this is so. TL DR; (1) front lines is for casuals (2) no one cares about comms (3) people insta leave to get on the queue train (4) for the reasons 1-3, there's no real reason to not just give comms to anyone who asks or even cares about it other than maybe trying to be elitist in a low-skill cap pvp mode (5) hence why i called them jerks. you can disagree. and clearly you do. but let's just let this thread die okay?

Why would I give you specifically a commendation for doing something you queued up to do of your own volition? Just because you're in a duty with me, doesn't mean I have to commend you.
