VIT will scale with attack power, STR will scale but not as much

Which is funny because the secondaries are so much less powerful in HW that it makes this new raid melding a little comical.

Dervys done all the math and ran 4 different scenarios of how VIT/STR interacts with AP.

Either, Secondaries for tanks will stay the same, or they'll blow up.
