VIT will scale with attack power, STR will scale but not as much

i wonder if vit stacking will make war even better at mt due to its ehp with Defiance. However I doubt full vit will be the way to go as they said that the effect of strength on physical attack potency will be reduced but didn't say anything to confirm that it will no longer scale with str. I do welcome this change as the ring slots can finally have both fending and slaying. The other 3 slots we will have to experiment to find the true ratio of vit:str sclaing.

Wrong. It's based off AP, otherwise Berserk would have no effect on it.
