VIT will scale with attack power, STR will scale but not as much

i wonder if vit stacking will make war even better at mt due to its ehp with Defiance. However I doubt full vit will be the way to go as they said that the effect of strength on physical attack potency will be reduced but didn't say anything to confirm that it will no longer scale with str. I do welcome this change as the ring slots can finally have both fending and slaying. The other 3 slots we will have to experiment to find the true ratio of vit:str sclaing.

Wrong. It's based off AP, otherwise Berserk would have no effect on it.

War fell cleave will be nerfed from 500 potency to 300. Wich will pretty much render war useless in the dps/ot station. Pld will go back to beeing the main tanks, drk will be the New off tank. And war will not be used in good gruops anymore.

Source? Nah it'll be more like Fell Cleave potency reduced to 200 can't crit, Butcher blocks potency is 200 RIP the dream. No one knows how it'll be until 3.2 actually comes out then there'll be a ton of threads complaining about this and that. Get your salt shakers ready.

I heard no exact number, and kind of doubt this would be viable. The only advantage it'd have over Inner Beast dps-wise would then be 10% crit, as IB already ignores Defiance's damage reduction.

Stop spreading that rumor. Literally no one said anything about any WAR nerfs. i was watching the entire stream and went over the google doc.
