    He made a post 15 or so hours ago that people Google translated and interpreted as saying that there would probably be a delay past the 30th. But it is gone now. Maybe he got in trouble for saying something he shouldn't?

    The thread was deleted later on by forum moderators because it was just people complaining and arguing.

    Yoshida also said that he thinks he can reveal a concrete date for the patch tomorrow (or technically today, since it's Monday afternoon in Japan already). I wonder if that means the patch notes will be revealed too?
