Savage is intended for the MC/Semi-HC/HC Raiders to get a challenge upon. SE would be forced to make the raid far too easy if they put it on DF. Why? Massive amounts of forum post complaining from non-raiders because they can't clear it. It will go on, and on, and on, and massive amounts of people are going to clear it by paying raiders to sell the wins, thus every raider will grow bored quickly of it.

What more reasons do we need to keep telling you? It's not going on it, end of.
