    -and-
SC-HS-SS-DE<DA>HS-SS-SE<DA>HS<C&S>SS<DA>SE-SC-HS-SS-DE without losing SC and only losing DE for a couple seconds.

I'm still toying around with bursts like this, and working them into a rotation efficiently can be difficult. I have around 600 SS, I'm unsure of the exact number.
I started using Plunge Cut just before scourge to act as a dummy timer as the plunge icon flashes and catches my attention easily. If uninterrupted by mechanics, this allows me to refresh scourge with about 1-2 seconds left [plunge cut cool down begins as soon as the button is pressed > animation lock> scourge dot timer doesn’t begin immediately on skill execution] . . I employed this method as it gives me nearly perfect clipping on scourge on a consistent basis (mechanics excluded)
What I have noticed is that this method typically puts me at the place in my rotation where I should be hitting SS, but instead cut to Plunge > SC.

My opening burst rotation - oGCD’s in < > / no potion usage

    <Plunge> SC <DP> HS <DA> SS <C&S> DE <BW> HS <DA> SS <LB> SE -HS <DA> SS - SE – HS <Plunge> SC – HS – SS - DE

The bold represents a GCD needing to be burned on this rotation in order to shave the clipping of scourge to what I have done, without letting the dot fully expire. Yes, Delirium does fall off, but this is my opening DPS rotation. I have considered (but not done yet) using Fracture as the GCD eater for better timing of my real dot (much like the usage within a monk rotation) . I have not tested this as a viable substitute.

I have considered starting that as <plunge><pot> SC, with the potion expiring on Low Blow, and allowing for a standard goon rotation to pop battle litany. Still playing around here.
