I honestly don't even give a shit about challenge or accomplishment or bragging rights any more. I just want to have fun and wiping Ravana EX 50 times with people in i200 is not fun.

As for the OP, I think it boils more down to 1. know basics of your job and 2. make a learning PF if you are not comfortable in an endgame environment with that job yet.
